This round of A Round of Words in 80 Days runs from January 7th to March 28th. Here are my goals for this round, all involving YA manuscripts. Abbreviations are used for the titles and updates are in red.
A) Revise and edit EK, a manuscript my beta readers gave me feedback on right before the round. Since last Wednesday I revised 6 chapters.
B) Revise M, a draft I wrote during the summer. Since last Wednesday I revised 3 chapters.
C) Revise and edit VD. I went through one phase of revisions during the last round. For this round I'd like to polish the manuscript before sending it to beta readers. Since last Wednesday I revised 3 chapters.
Next, in the comments section of previous posts people have asked me how I manage to juggle several WIPs. This is a screenshot of the sidebar of my PC. I use the “notes” gadgets and update them while I work. R1 stands for first round of revisions, I have the abbreviations of my WIPs, and the fractions are what chapters out of the total number of chapters I’m done with. This weekend I was productive by working on 3 chapters at a time of my WIPs, with four writing sessions since with one WIP I stopped at 6. If I’m writing at a more leisurely pace I’m less aware of how many chapters I’ve worked on, but this weekend I wrote for a lengthy amount of time. I switched WIPs every 3 chapters so I wouldn’t get stuck or tired. It worked for me.

I really admire your methodical approach. Best of luck with ROW80.

Juggling several WIP's at once... wow! You seem to have it down to a fine art...
Love the post it notes!! Take care

you are a multitasking force, Medeia :)
I must have missed that latest update at some point but what happened to TWILAMPH?
There's a method to the madness! I still think it's awesome how you manage to work on 3 different stories all at the same time. I can barely keep up with one. :P

I'm impressed at how you're able to do three projects at once. I know I've done several at once before, but that was a long, long time ago.
So those are computer post it notes? Not real sticky notes? With my computer skills, I'd probably use real stickies, but I'm liking the idea. It would help keep me focused.
I like the idea of switching a WIP once you get to a certain chapter. I can see how that would keep the creativity flowing and allow you to, in the end, write more.
Still think it is amazing. And I see you like to work in batches of threes.
You are truly amazing!!! I like those 'notes' gadgets. I'll have to get me some of those...
I'm not sure I could switch in the same day. I multitask at work, but that seems very difficult to me.
You never cease to inspire me. You're organized and get stuff done. Hope the new year has been going good so far.
I'm always so inspired by how you work! It looks like you're going to rock this ROW :)
I like your system! Congrats on a very productive week. :)
Wow - great progress!
Hi Medeia!
Way to go! Congrats on the productive week!
Still in awe! I'd have to revise one at a time.
Medeia, tomorrow on the Chiseled in Rock blog (http://chiseledinrock.blogspot.com) there will be a call for names and contact numbers of YA authors who are selling well. The chairperson of the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers Colorado Gold Conference is putting together a resource list of these authors for potential conference speakers and workshop presenters. I'd love it if you could help spread the word. The post goes up at 6:00 AM U.S. Mountain Time. I figure you know a lot more YA authors than I do.

WOW. You're a force to be reckoned with. I can't imagine that there are very many people who are successfully juggling that many writing projects at the same time. Good for you! The harder you work, the "luckier" you'll get in your writing career.
I like having the option to shift to another WIP when I get hung up. The break really helps when I finally get back to it.
That's a great idea. I shall try your technique for more productivity.
Thanks for stopping by, everyone.
Yes, Elizabeth. They're not too hard to use. You'll like them.
I'll check it out, Patricia.
I love it when you do ROW80 updates. I should try something similar.
