Monday was a teacher's workday and I've been off since yesterday for a two-week winter break. I might become busy with writing and home improvement goals, as well as doctor and dental appointments—things I don't have time for when I'm working full-time—but I'm always ecstatic during winter break. I plan on getting a lot done during these two weeks...oh, and I can't forget catching up on sleep. Winter break is one of the perks of being a teacher. Who else is off and enjoying themselves?
ROW80
It's time for a ROW80 update. The current round of A Round of Words in 80 Days runs from October 3rd to December 22nd. My goal during this round of ROW80 is to a) revise one of my WIPs and b) write the outline for a shiny new idea.I finished these two goals and I'm feeling wonderful. Since I'm off, I'll go through my manuscript again one or more times, the same with my outline. The next round of ROW80 starts January 2nd, so for me that'll be a great way to bring in 2012 with new writing goals.
